Biography

Dr. Shanique Wilson is a board-certified gastroenterologist with comprehensive training in diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive disorders. Passionate about patient-centered care, she focuses on improving digestive health and overall well-being through compassionate communication and evidence-based treatment.

She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from Florida State University, followed by an internal medicine residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and a gastroenterology fellowship at Mount Sinai Health System. Her clinical interests include gut-brain interaction disorders, IBD, liver disease, and GI cancers.

An active member of several professional organizations, including AGA, ACG, ANMS, and ASGE (where she serves on a national committee), Dr. Wilson regularly presents research at conferences and engages in continuing education to stay at the forefront of her field.
