Biography

Nikhil Kapila is originally from Florida. He completed his residency in internal medicine and chief medicine residency at the University of Connecticut, followed by a gastroenterology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Florida. He then finished his transplant hepatology fellowship at Duke University.

Dr. Kapila is certified by the board in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and transplant hepatology. He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed articles in gastroenterology and hepatology.
