Cynthia graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with the distinction of “Fab Grad”. She is the Co-Founder of the Jacksonville Center for Clinical Research and has worked over 36 years in clinical research operations for ENCORE Research. She is the Chief of Operations for Encore Borland Groover Clinical Research. She enjoys participating in the advancement of medicine and providing people with the opportunity to learn more about their health and access cutting edge therapies years before they are available.
